A teacher at Lubango and her 10 year old daughter has a speech impairment. She talked until she was 4 years. Then she had malaria and she was taken to a hospital, she never recoverd her speech, the mother doesn't know why this happened. She's a twin and her twin sister is doing well in school. But I guess it's difficult to be a teacher and you can't teach your own child. Education for children with disabilities is a rare. You have to take a child hundreds of miles. There's a school she says but she has to pay for a sack on beans and maize flour for her to feed on for the entire term right when she takes the child. This is because often parents go and dump such children at the school and never come back. She can't find all that money.</image:caption></image:image><image:image><image:loc>https://rosebellkagumire.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/11/dsc06411.jpg</image:loc><image:title>DSC06411</image:title><image:caption>Beauties. </image:caption></image:image><image:image><image:loc>https://rosebellkagumire.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/11/dsc06405.jpg</image:loc><image:title>DSC06405</image:title><image:caption>You want a show? There are many teenage pregnancies. This young girl was at a health center in Lira after walking distance. There was one nurse on duty and the center has a theatre that is not operational. This is a health center that serves about 30,000 people but it had just one nurse on duty, one bed for delivery, no gloves, no medicine.
